■ About the Game
About
The second game in the Bringer series, Metal Bringer, takes place in a completely different setting. You fight in a sci-fi world with giant robots and androids in horde-based combat, which is even more satisfying than the first game, and you can customize your characters to the fullest extent possible.
Key Features

  • Highly Customizable Player Characters and Arms: Create and command “Labor,” which are android troops, or “Arms,” which are enormous robots. You can customize every single Labor and Arms you construct. To alter their combat techniques, you can swap out pieces or alter the color and appearance of their characteristics.
  • Effortlessly Eliminate Hordes of Enemies: Installing various apps might help labor become stronger. You lose all installed apps when you lose a battle, but you can get app disks by killing foes. But by examining an app’s data at a store, you may use it to personalize your next Labor, improving your performance with each run until you can easily crush your opponents.
  • Get adversary Arms pieces on the Go: Even the strongest Arms will ultimately deteriorate, but you can use the pieces that the adversary has left behind. Additionally, during the game, you can examine the blueprints of strong Arms components, opening up a world of customization possibilities. To create the perfect mech, find out what equipment works best for you.
  • Ray Tracing and Adaptive Music In addition to implementing a real-time pixel art generating system and using the most recent raytracing technology for gorgeously lighted settings, this game shares the same retro art style as Samurai Bringer. The most recent technology is also used to create the music, which is performed in real time and changes according to how your fights are playing out.

■ About the New Demo

The initial Metal Bringer demo we uploaded for the Steam Next Fest in October 2024 got a “Mostly Positive” rating on Steam. Based on user input, we have since refined and enhanced the demo, and this new version has been completely redesigned to offer an even better experience.

We sincerely hope you enjoy the new demo, regardless of whether you have played the previous one or have never heard of it before.

Note: Demo progress will not be stored because we will be refining the entire game depending on comments from the demo. Data from demo saves won’t be carried over to the full game.

  • Better Tutorial: It is now simpler to comprehend the game’s system while playing thanks to the extended tutorials and the changes we made to the timing of their display in relation to player progression. Additionally, the Control Guide can be used from the pause menu at any moment to get gameplay tutorials.
  • Balancing Changes: We’ve optimized the lock-on systems and default input configuration, as well as changed a number of gameplay elements, including the player character’s starting parameters and the difficulty curve. Even though your character’s skills are initially lacking, this should make the game easier to play right away.
  • User design Changes: In order to enable players to compare the specifications of weapons and Arms Gear when creating a new unit, we have made changes to the Labor and Arms assembly menu’s user design. For simpler viewing, we have also modified the indicators and map that are displayed on the screen.
  • New tale components: Although the demo only includes a small portion of the tale, we have included a lot of new story components, such as dialogue with enemy Labor and events that provide additional context for the game’s universe. We hope that this will provide gamers a more immersive experience and help them understand more about the Metal Bringer world.
  • Other minor adjustments have also been made to a number of game features, including the store system, the ability to remove D-Chips in the field, the functionality of the map, and the addition of additional apps and OS tweaking options. To see all it has to offer, kindly try out the demo!

Demo-Exclusive Modes

  • Newbie: As you get through the first part of the story and learn the fundamentals of the game, you may use apps to customize and power up your Labor. To beat a boss in the allotted period, your labor will begin feeble and continue to get powerful!
  • Extreme: Engage in mid-game combat using labor and weapons that have already been somewhat enhanced. To overwhelm the boss, pick your preferred type of labor, weapon, and arms!

After seeing the introductory scene and embarking on your first investigation in Newbie Mode, you can unlock Extreme Mode from the title screen.
